Terms and Conditions for DetailingHub.ro

 

1. General Auditor

1.1. The online store detailinghub.ro is owned and operated by R.A.Z Consulting SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in Strada Halchiului nr. 4, Codlea, Brašov, registered at the Commercial Registry with the number J8/3129/2023 and having a unique tax registration code RO49043152.

1.2. Use of the detailinghub.ro website implies express acceptance of the present terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

1.3. The present document may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance thereof.


2. Definitions

  • Seller: R.A.Z Consulting SRL.
  • Buyer/Customer/User: any natural or legal person who uses the website detailinghub.ro to place orders.
  • Products: goods available for purchase on detailinghub.ro, including car cleaning solutions, detailing equipment and car accessories.
  • Order: electronic document representing the Buyer’s intention to purchase products from the site.
  • Remote contract: agreement between Seller and Buyer, concluded without the physical presence of the parties.

3. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

3.1. Detailinghub.ro complies with applicable legislation regarding data protection, including GDPR.

3.2. The collected personal data is used exclusively for order processing, delivery and commercial communications, with the consent of the users.

3.3. Users have the right to request access, rectification or deletion of personal data by sending a request to [email protected].

4. Shopping and delivery

4.1. All orders are placed exclusively online, and confirmation is made by e-mail.

4.2. Delivery is made by express courier, with an estimated turnaround time of 2-5 business days. In exceptional cases, the deadline may reach 30 days, and the customer will be notified.

4.3. The customer is responsible for verifying the integrity of the products upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours.

4.4. In the event that an order cannot be honored for reasons independent of the Seller (out of stock or other issues), the customer will be notified, and amounts purchased will be refunded within 7 working days.

4.5. Products are insured during transit. In the event of such loss or damage, the responsibility rests with the carrier, and Seller will offer support to resolve the situation.

4.6. Seller also reserves the right to refuse to honor purchases for users who violate the terms and conditions of the site or attempt to defraud the system.


5. Return Policy

5.1. Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with OUG 34/2014, with the exception of customized or used products.

5.2. Return costs are borne by the customer, and refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

5.3. Products returned must be in their original packaging, without traces of use, and without a purchase invoice.

5.4. Products used, damaged or without original packaging are not eligible for return. In such cases, Seller also reserves the right to offer a partial refund.


6. Warranties and Claims

6.1. All products benefit from legal guarantee of compliance.

6.2. Complaints can be made by email to [email protected]. Seller will respond within 10 business days.

6.3. In case of defective products, Seller shall bear the costs of return and replacement.

6.4. Any claim must be accompanied by supporting documents (invoice, pictures etc.).

6.5. Seller is not responsible for indirect damage caused by purchased products, including financial losses resulting from their irresponsible use.


7. Response Limitation

7.1. Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products.

7.2. In case of any pricing or description errors, the Seller also reserves the right to cancel the respective orders by notifying the customer.

7.3. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier company or other unforeseen circumstances.

7.4. Seller also reserves the right to restrict access to users who repeatedly violate the terms and conditions.


8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The content of the detailinghub.ro website (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without the written consent of the Seller.

8.2. Any unauthorized use of the content will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable legislation.


9. Litigation and Applicable Law

9.1. Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by

10. Order Modification or Cancellation Procedure

10.1. Customer may request modification or cancellation of an order before processing it. Applications are made by email to [email protected] or by phone, during business hours.

10.2. Orders already processed or shipped can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the customer can benefit from the return policy, as per section 5.

10.3. In the case of orders canceled before processing, the refund of the purchased amounts is made within 7 working days.
